Meet the dedicated individuals who lead the Sicula Italia Foundation in Omaha, Nebraska --- guiding our mission to preserve and promote Sicilian-American heritage.

A proud son of Omaha’s Little Italy, David Randall is a direct descendant of the Pirruccello and Salerno families, whose roots trace back to Carlentini, Sicily. His great-great-grandfather, Giuseppe Salerno, helped spark the migration that shaped much of Omaha’s Italian community, while his grandmother and great-grandmother carried on tradition through beloved neighborhood restaurants, Trentino’s and The Italian Gardens.
A graduate of Omaha South and UNLV, David’s career journey took him from the hotel industry with Steve Wynn and Michael Gaughan to 25 years in biotech before retiring.
Today, he channels his passion into preserving heritage through the Sicula Italia Foundation, golfing, and cooking his grandmother’s cherished Italian recipes.

Todd has built his career on trust, grit, and the belief that every interaction matters. From his early days in Omaha to leading two successful insurance agencies and directing marketing across industries, he’s shown that true leadership is about people, not titles. A proud graduate of Creighton Prep and former President of the Santa Lucia Festival Committee, Todd helped guide its 100th celebration and continues serving the Italian-American community through the Sicula Italia Foundation and Sons & Daughters of Italy.
Rooted in the traditions of his Procopio, Mancuso, and Pace families, Todd values heritage as something to live—whether through Sunday dinners, festivals, or community service. His greatest joy is family: three children, six grandchildren, and countless moments cheering them on. Today, he leads with humility, heart, and a passion for belonging.

Born and raised in Omaha, Patrick proudly traces both his father's and mother's family roots to Carlentini, Sicily.
A graduate of Creighton Preparatory School, the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and Creighton University School of Law, he has practiced family and trial law in Omaha for more than 30 years.
After spending much of his career as a partner in a long-established Omaha law firm, Patrick founded his own practice in 2017. He remains active in his parish and community, serving on several nonprofit and charitable boards over the years.
Deeply proud of his Italian heritage, Patrick values the traditions, faith, and perseverance passed down through generations of his family. He and his wife, Amy, are the proud parents of three adult children.

Proudly half Cuban and half Sicilian, Daniela was raised on the traditions and values passed down by her mother, Carmelita de la Guardia of Carlentini, and her grandfather, Joe Troia, founder of the Omaha Farmers Market. Their influence instilled in her a deep love for food, family, and cultural connection.
In 2012, she launched DLG Cigars, blending craftsmanship with heritage, and today continues that mission through her work with the Sicula Italia Foundation—helping others celebrate and reconnect with their roots.
